Rebecca King Crews joined TODAY with her husband, actor Terry Crews, to talk about her 2015 Parkinson's disease diagnosis. In the over ten years since receiving the diagnosis, King Crews has released an album, written a book, and launched a clothing line, sharing that she told herself "just keep swimming, just keep walking, just keep going." "I just believe that you don’t lay down and die because you got a diagnosis," she said. King Crews also says her faith has helped her navigate the diagnosis and treatment. "I have always felt God’s presence with me. And if I didn’t have that, I’m not sure I would have hoped for anything. But I do have hope. I have a lot of hope." King Crews recently underwent a newly approved procedure, a bilateral focused ultrasound, to help manage her symptoms.
