OFAC - “Soap Operas”. LIVE at the Barking Legs Theater in February 2008. I believe that it was just us and The Nim Nims which was a another local band that was very much influenced by Modest Mouse and had followed them around on tour during their Lonesome Crowded West days. Which was a big part of why we looked up to them so much and we were absolutely delighted when they asked us to open up for them at the Barking Legs! Also, looking back I’m so grateful that I had a very supportive Ma who cared enough to show up and record our “big” concert with her mini DV handicam lol. I just wish I had stuck with it instead of having to go through this skill regression caused by the brain damage resulting from the PTSD (and literally being whopped up side the head so many times from disagreeing with my abuser).
