Recipe linked in my bio. 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓Ingredients 25 g strawberry sauce/puree 30 g milk powder 2 egg white 2 tsp lemon juice 12 g cornstarch Instructions Wash and chop some fresh strawberries into small cubes. Mix with some sugar, let cook over medium-low heat, keep mixing and stirring until thickened and reduced in volume. Sift to get fine strawberry puree. Mix well with milk powder. Set aside. Use a hand mixer, beat the egg white and lemon juice in medium high speed until thickened. Add in cornstarch; keep beating until stiff peaks form. Take a scoop of whipped egg white to mix well with the strawberry mixture. Fold in rest of the whipped egg white until just combined. Line the baking tray with parchment or baking mat. Preheat the oven to 100℃/212℉. Prepare a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Transfer the batter into the piping bag. Pipe out those little kisses in rows in the baking tray, leaving small space between each. Send into the oven and let bake for 60 minutes.
