HARRIS COUNTY – A woman who set a building on fire and then came back to record herself in front of the the burned building, 39 year old Dramara Burns, was taken into custody after a domestic dispute led to an apartment fire in northeast Harris County, according to the Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office. The fire spread to 13 units at the South Lake Villas Apartments. One elderly man suffered a heart attack as he watch his home burn down. Two fire fighters were hurt, one broke his leg, and one girl with a minor abrasion after tripping over her scooter. Investigators said the woman was involved in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend, 22 year old Howie Dewwit, which led her to burn his clothes in a barbecue pit on the apartment patio. Although the fire was initially put out, it reportedly reignited and spread into the attic space before extending to other units in Building 13 #monster
