Recipe below but feel free to make it your own like I did!! 🍂 Ingredients: ﻿﻿1 lb ground beef ﻿﻿1 can kidney beans* ﻿﻿1 can pinto beans* ﻿﻿1 can corn, drained ﻿﻿1 can diced tomatoes ﻿﻿6oz tomato paste ﻿﻿1 medium onion, diced ﻿﻿1 bell pepper, diced ﻿﻿2-3 garlic cloves ﻿﻿2-3 tbsp chili powder ﻿﻿1 tsp cumin ﻿﻿1 tsp paprika ﻿﻿½ tsp cayenne ﻿﻿salt & pepper to taste ﻿﻿1 cup beef broth or water Instructions: ﻿﻿﻿Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat. ﻿﻿﻿Add to crock pot: beef, beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. ﻿﻿﻿Season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Pour in beef broth. ﻿﻿﻿Stir everything to combine. ﻿﻿﻿Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours. ﻿﻿﻿Taste & adjust seasoning before serving.
