When I do have to go out of town for work- here are the things I try to do to make sure our house runs smoothly while I’m gone. 1. Laundry: the laundry is absolutely endless in our house, but doing my best to make sure everyone has what they need before I go, can make things much smoother. 2. Outfit prep: my husband & I always divide and conquer between our two kids. I make sure my daughter’s outfits are all out & ready to go to make my absence seamless. 3. Cleaning/tidying our house: our house is crazy on the weekends with all the sports, so if I can do my best to get ahead of it- I do! 4. Prep Lunches: having all I can on the counters in the morning will make getting out of the door for school so much easier. 5. Praying with my babies: This is an absolute non negotiable in our house. Jesus is the core & center of my life. So every night I make sure I pray with them & plead the blood of Jesus over them.
