Sean “Diddy” Combs back in federal court Thursday. ▪️His lawyers trying to get his conviction on 2 counts of transportation for prostitution (Mann Act) thrown out ahead of his Oct 3rd sentencing. ▪️They argued he did not financially benefit from the freak-offs which sometimes involved paid escorts flown across state lines & that every American has a right to home made porn. Prosecutors said they had receipts. ▪️Diddy’s team also detailed his harrowing conditions at MDC - Metropolitan Detention Center - threats, constant surveillance & degrading conditions. Claim he was threatened by an inmate with a makeshift knife, is under constant suicide watch & has to show his ID every 2 hours, & sleeps feet away from ither inmates in a dorm style room with lights always on & no bathroom door. ▪️He will be back in court for sentencing next Fri 10/3/25 unless judge throws out the conviction which legal experts say would be unusual at this point.
