It’s giving drive-thru breakfast… but better 🙌✨ What you need 👇 🍞 2 English muffins (split) 🌭 4 sausages (skins removed) 🥔 4 hash browns 🥚 5 eggs 🥛 Splash of milk 🧂 Salt & pepper 🌿 Chopped chives 🧀 4 slices cheese 🍅 Ketchup (optional but elite) How to make it 🔥 1️⃣ Sausage + Hash Browns Place muffin halves in the air fryer, press sausage meat onto each one to make patties. Add hash browns alongside. Cook 180°C for 12–15 mins (flip hash browns halfway). 2️⃣ Eggs Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper and chives 🥚🌿 Pour into a greased air fryer dish and cook 170°C for 8–10 mins until just set. 3️⃣ Build the Muffins Top sausage with cheese 🧀 → hash brown 🥔 → egg 🍳 → ketchup 🍅 Add the muffin top and air fry 2–3 mins at 180°C until melty and perfect.
