Walked in at 3:55 pm stood standing around looking for an employee to guide us. No one did so i eventually made myself known to an employee for every single one of them to give me different answers. One says a server will take care of me, another says i need to put it on the kiosk and another says “oh no the bartender takes care of you” whole time we had no one and no clue what to do. We finally get set for bowling (even though we originally asked for a table to eat at first cus we were starved) which even then was awful. The games were cut short for some odd reason and we paid for 30 minutes of play. In those 30 minutes not one person came up to us asked if we needed anything. Anytime i did speak to an employee they acted as if me asking for a simple drink was a problem. I personally don’t see the hype about this place and i wouldn’t spend my money where they don’t make the guest feel welcomed. I’m not sure what was worse. The service, the fact that the entire establishment is being ran by teenagers or the one very old lady who was extremely miserable working there
