While it cooks, brown the ground beef in a pan and drain any excess liquid. Drain the pasta, then add the cauliflower rice to the warm pot and let it heat through. Stir in the marinara, ground beef, and pasta. Mix well and enjoy. CHOCOLATE PB OATS INGREDIENTS: Makes one serving ½ cup oats 1 Tbsp chia seeds 4 Tbsp collagen peptides 2 tsp sugar-free sweetener (I use Truvia- erythritol and stevia blend) 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Tbsp peanut butter 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients to a 2-cup container with a lid. Stir occasionally for the first 5–10 minutes to prevent the chia seeds from clumping. Refrigerate for at least one hour before eating. ROASTED VEGGIE AND CHICKEN SAUSAGE BOWLS Makes 5 servings INGREDIENTS: 10 italian chicken sausage links 2 lb brussels sprouts 2 lb whole carrots 2 heads cauliflower 2 cans chickpeas INSTRUCTIONS: Dice the Brussels sprouts and carrots, then roast them at 425°F for 45 minutes. Dice the cauliflower, drain and rinse the chickpeas, and roast both at 425°F for 35 minutes.
