Victoria Beckham is getting real about the cheating allegations that once put her marriage to David Beckham under a spotlight. During her appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the fashion designer and former Spice Girls member reflected on the hardest chapter of their 26 year marriage. She said that over the years, “we have had so much thrown at us and we have always just been there together. We have ridden the storm. Ridden the damn storm.” Victoria admitted that back in 2004, when former nanny Rebecca Loos claimed she had an affair with David, it felt like their entire world was falling apart. “It felt like the world was against us,” she said. “And honestly, we were against each other.” David later echoed that in his Netflix documentary Beckham, saying that seeing Victoria hurt was one of the hardest things he had ever gone through, but that they chose to fight for their marriage and for their family. Rebecca Loos has continued to stand by her story. In an interview with 60 Minutes Australia earlier this year she said, “It was a very brave thing to do, to go up against them. I have stuck to the truth, I have never exaggerated, I never lied about a single thing. Because I am going up against the strongest, most powerful couple in the media, and all I had on my side was the truth.” Despite years of rumors, Victoria says she and David have learned to move forward.
