Pick 1–2 categories to pause or limit: Amazon orders, eating out, impulse Target runs, etc. ✨ Give yourself a small, guilt-free allowance We’re allowing ourselves $500 total for the month in discretionary spending so it still feels livable, not restrictive. ✨ Keep paying bills and debt as normal Low buy isn’t about skipping responsibilities, it’s about reducing unnecessary spending while staying on track. ✨ Use the pause Before buying anything, ask: • Is this planned? • Is it within my allowance? • Can it wait 24 hours? 48 hours? No Buy January helped us reset habits. Low Buy February is about practicing what comes after, which is building systems you can actually live with.
