And I’ll pause right there, because I know that sentence feels so scary to read. But with this specific topic, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. The research is clear: Kids who have body language, understand clear body boundaries, and are given a safety plan are far more likely to speak up, leave, and tell someone if something feels wrong.
