Woman to woman— Supporting other women isn’t something you say on a stage, in a bio, or during Women’s History Month. It’s something you do, especially when you’re busy, tired, booked, and already carrying a full plate. I’ve worked demanding jobs. Served on boards. Held leadership roles. And I still showed up—because lifting other women isn’t extra credit. It’s the responsibility. If you say “reach out to me directly” and then disappear? That’s not empowerment. That’s branding. So here’s the real question: Are we going to support each other’s journeys even when it’s inconvenient… or are we just pretending?
