When you’re building hardware, EVERYTHING matters. Days 3-5 were a blur: - Deep work Sunday (aka staring at spreadsheets for 14 hours) - First factory visits = mousepad sourcing (yes, really) - Panel supplier meeting turned into hot pot dinner 🔥 - Protective film hunting like it’s Black Friday - Certification chamber tour (this decides if we can sell worldwide) The reality? Building tech isn’t sexy. It’s bubble tea-fueled nights, and getting excited about USB cables. But here’s the thing - every “boring” decision shapes whether people will actually want to use what we’re building. Our modular controllers are only as good as their weakest component.
