brown butter toasted marshmallow lucky charm rice krispie treats??? whew that’s a mouthful 🫢🌈🍀 Ingredients: - 1 bag (16 oz) marshmallow - 4 cups rice krispies cereal - 1 cup lucky charms cereal - 1.5 sticks of butter - 1 tsp vanilla bean paste - pinch of flaky salt Instructions: 1. Heat the oven to 400º F using the broiler setting on low. Spread marshmallows evenly over a tray lined with parchment paper and rice krispies cereal on an unlined tray. Broil for 2-3 mins, watching them closely. Remove from the oven once both reach a deep golden brown. 2. Heat a large pot on medium-low heat. Add butter and melt completely. Once it starts to foam, watch closely and stir occasionally. Once the butter turns a caramel-y color and you see little brown specks form, turn off the heat. 3. Keep the heat on low and dd vanilla bean paste and toasted marshmallows, stirring until combined. Once fully combined, remove from heat. 4. Add in the toasted rice krispies and fold into the marshmallow mixture. Then add the lucky charms. 5. Pour onto a parchment paper lined tray and press down until firm. Add a pinch of salt and extra lucky charms marshmallows to garnish. 6. Cool for 10-15 minutes and cut into squares
