Father God, this is my prayer… Tonight my heart is heavy with grief. A life was lost too soon, and a family is broken in ways only You can see. Lord, please hold the parents of this child close tonight. Wrap them in Your arms as they face the unbearable pain of losing their daughter. Give them comfort in their sorrow, strength in their weakness, and the assurance that they are not alone in this valley. I ask that You also cover those who loved her deeply, including my daughter. Bring peace to their aching hearts. Let them cry, let them remember, and let them heal in Your time. And Father, extend this prayer to every soul grieving tonight. Whether they are grieving a child, a parent, a friend, or a dream— meet them in the middle of their pain. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted, and that Your love never leaves, even in the darkest moments. Be their comfort. Be their rest. Be their peace. In peace, in power, in purpose.
