✨ Tip 1 : all heat isn’t bad, everything in moderation. I ALWAYS use a heat protectant & keep heat to a minimum. I utilize heatless curlers at night. ✨ Tip 2: Watch the tension you’re putting on your hair. I love a French pin or a claw clip if I’m not doing anything. ✨ Tip 3: Get rid of all the split ends! I trim my hair every time I do a blowout. If you don’t feel comfortable trimming your own hair, definitely find a stylist you trust to dust your ends every 3-4 months! We want health over straggly length! I actually just cut about an inch & a half off a week before filming this! ✨Tip 4: Deep condition/treatments. If you see me at the gym & my hair is pulled back- I more than likely have some kind of oil or deep treatment in my bun/braid. ✨ Tip 5: I drink lotssss of water & eat a pretty clean diet!
