Two days ago, I hit 100k on & I wanted to share how God REALLY works. 2 years ago I moved to California, chasing my dreams of being a working Model/content creator. God was truly in the back of my mind. I was booking jobs, posting my content, but it was very self serving- ALL about me & the idea of what I wanted my life to look like. Fast forward to April 2024- I give Jesus my full YES. My whole platform shifts. The content begins to change, along with my heart posture. Jesus is at the center & core of my very existence & everything I do. Laying down my own desires, living fully for him. Fast forward again to 2025, living my life fully surrendered to HIS will for my life. And that has been so much more fulfilling than anything I’ve ever done in my entire life. No dream modeling job or brand deal could ever hold a candle to the feeling of being fully obedient/used by God. I can still love hair, skin, and beauty- but HE IS WHAT MATTERS. Old Bree would have been boasting in myself- “I grew this platform, I did this.” But man, LOOK AT WHAT GOD HAS DONE. I’m doing all I can to steward HIS platform, that I’m just so blessed to be the vessel of to spread the Gospel & whatever else he sees fit. He’s given me the desires of my heart, but HIS WAY and on his time. Thank you JESUS. I don’t deserve a single thing, but he’s been so good & gracious to me. I will always be so overwhelmed & full of gratitude that he allows me to be a vessel for HIS glory 😭😭 Here’s to going out & making more disciples 🫶🏽🤎 Thank you to my husband for always making me feel seen & special🥹💐 #christianwhistlr
