The park entrance is about 15 miles from the exit, with a $10 per vehicle fee. 🏔️ Most people come to Vegas for the casinos and nightlife, but just an hour away is one of the most stunning state parks we’ve ever seen. The fiery red rock formations, petroglyphs, and winding slot canyons feel like you’ve stepped onto another planet. We loved hiking to Fire Wave and taking photos on Mouse’s Tank Road. It was way quieter than the national parks and just as breathtaking. 🛑 Summer temperatures can soar above 110°F, so bring lots of water and hike early or late in the day.
