How to make the perfect cookies that are chewy and HIGHLY ADDICTIVE 🍪 This recipe makes around 16 cookies Ingredients Flour 1 cup (you can add 2-3 table spoons extra if the dough is too wet) Dark brown sugar 3/4 cup (you can also use light brown) Granulated white sugar 1/3 cup Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon One room temp egg salted butter 100 grams (make sure you turn it golden brown) salt 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon Olive oil 2 tablespoons Semi sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup Some dark chocolate and white chocolate chunks (optional) I used and it tasted amazing Instructions In a sauce pan add 100 grams of butter on medium heat, keep mixing. When the butter starts to turn gold brown after 8 mins. Turn off the heat and let the butter cool for 10-15 mins. In a bowl add your brown butter (make sure you scrap off the bottom for that rich flavor) and then add the sugars. Beat until creamy, you can add 2 table spoons of olive oil so it combines well. Then add your room temp egg, salt and vanilla essence beat until ribbons form. To the wet mixture now add your sifted all purpose flour and baking powder gradually, in 3 steps while folding with a silicon spatula until your dough is well combined. Do not over mix the dough. Fold in the semi sweet choco chips. Refrigerate the dough until you lose patience 😂 (minimum 30 mins) Then line your tray with parchment paper, roll them out to golf size balls and space them out alot as they spread out a lot.
