A massive $136 million insider purchase just came in at a $33 billion market cap company that you've probably heard of and many of you probably own. This is the first ever purchase by a director. It increased their listed holdings by over 15%, and it's a dip buy as the stock is down over 40% in the last six months. On top of that, the only time this insider had ever made a trade before was when they sold the stock two years ago, and so now they're buying it for the first time. This insider trade also came in late on Friday night, which is kind of an unusual time for an insider trade to be filed. Of course, right when it came in on Friday night we posted about it on Twitter, but we're making a video about it now. This company also appears to be quite undervalued as it is trading at its lowest ever EV/sales multiple at 0.8x versus 1.2x median.
