Mo gives an update on what happened during the FBI raid at the Fulton County Elections Office straight from the inside. Approximately 650–700 boxes of 2020 election materials were taken. That includes ballots, results tapes, recap sheets, and absentee ballot envelopes that contain voters’ names and addresses. While some information exists digitally, not everything that was taken has backups especially those physical documents. That matters. There was already a court-approved review process in place, with a judge set to oversee how these materials would be examined, ensuring chain of custody and protection against tampering or false claims. By removing the materials before that hearing, court oversight was lost. Once documents leave secure monitoring, their integrity can’t be guaranteed even if they’re returned. This isn’t about secrecy. It’s about doing this the right way so facts remain facts and public trust is protected. We complied because a warrant was presented and when law enforcement presents a warrant, officials are legally required to comply. What you should know is this: the seizure did not create transparency. It jumped ahead of a legal process that already existed to protect voter information, evidence, and the public. And now?
