Any user can create a Haven for a location that doesn't already have one. To create a Haven, navigate to Nearby, search for the location, and select "Create Haven" if one doesn't exist. Provide a clear name, description, and category for the Haven. Set moderation preferences and community guidelines. Once created, Havens can be discovered by other users, and the creator becomes the initial moderator with tools to manage content, enforce guidelines, and build the community.
